Catie is a writer with a gift to make in-depth topics not only easy to understand but interesting as well. I was the publisher of the Morning News and Catie wrote as one of the writers. Whether the story was a city council meeting, a complex zoning issue, the legislative report, or an emergency, Catie always took copious notes and covered the topic completely. Many times, Catie would break the story down into multiple parts. I frequently received positive feedback from the community, telling me that they had learned from Catie’s work.
